Book your event package through the book a service page and submit the details of your event. We will then review your submission and contact you with next steps. 


To finalize your booking we require payment and a signed contract for the date to be secured. If both are not completed within 72 hours we will move to the next inquiry. 


Delivery, set up and takedown fees are already included in the price. If the event location is farther than 20 miles out of area code 84081 please inquire as this will result in an additional travel fee.  


Yes, of course! You can rent any of our package rentals and bounce houses from 1 to 6 hours. However, the price is still the same. 


 We service areas within 20 miles out of area code 84081. Anything farther than 20 miles please inquire as this will include a travel fee. 


Our mini bounce house measures 8'x8' and our soft playground space measures up to 9'x12'. This means, our soft playground space can be adjusted to a smaller size if necessary to fit your space. 


 No shoes, sharp objects, face paint, food, drinks, gum, party poppers, silly strings and paint in the bounce house and playground. Your pets are cute, but also keep those away from the bounce house and playground area.


Do not hang or climb on our equipment, this is dangerous and prohibited. Adult supervision in the bounce house and playground is required at all times. Absolutely no rough play, pushing and fighting allowed in or around our equipment. 


By booking with us, you agree to ensure all possible precautions are taken to avoid injury to individuals or damage to our equipment. 


Happy Hour Party Rentals is not responsible for damage to any underground utility lines and devices. It is the booker’s responsibility to advise where to set up and ensure no underground utilities are where the setup will take place.


To keep our equipment clean and your little ones safe, we do not allow: 

  • Shoes
  • Sharp objects
  • Face paint
  • Food
  • Drinks
  • Gum
  • Party poppers
  • Silly strings
  • Paint 
  • Pets 

All of these items can damage our equipment. 


 Under no circumstances can you bring water in the bounce house and playground.  


 A maximum of 180 lbs or approximately 3-4 children can jump at the same time on the 8x8 ft mini bounce house.  


A maximum of 400-600 lbs. or approximately 4-6 children can jump at the same time on the 13x13 ft. bounce house. 


Our rentals are available for (6) hours. This does not include set up and pick up time.  Yes, that's right -- this means you get our rentals for a full six hours for your event.


A $75 / hour fee for rentals of more than 6 hours. 


 Our earliest drop off is 9 A.M. and the latest pick up is 9 P.M.  A $75 / hour fee will apply if you need set up or pick up after hours. 


 This really depends on the package you reserve. In general, 45 minutes to an hour.  


We provide a refund (minus a processing fee) if the event is canceled 72 hours before the event. If cancelation does not occur within at least 72 hours refund will not be provided. Unless, its due to weather conditions. Nonetheless, we will give the opportunity to reschedule for another date if schedule permits. 


 We understand this may happen, therefore we are happy to reschedule the event within one year from the date of your event cancellation. Payment is not refundable unless it's cancelled 72 hours before the scheduled event. Processing fee will apply for any cancelled events. 


 If it rains or snows, the kids can slip and fall - we will need to set up indoors. If it is too hot, the equipment can burn - we will need to set up indoors.


If we are unable to find a solution we can apply the funds towards a future event or provide a refund, processing fee will apply. 


 We can set up on grass, concrete, asphalt or even indoors. We absolutely can not set up on rocks, gravel or dirt as this can result in damage to our equipment.  


 6 months to 5 years of age. 


 Absolutely! Cleanliness is important to us. We will ensure your equipment is clean and sanitized prior to your event.  


 If your package includes a bounce house, please ensure there is access to an electrical outlet within 50 feet of the bounce house.
